Scope

The website promotes and enables the booking of sailing experiences, cruises and on-board gourmet experiences in the Cyclades islands (Greece), as well as participation in the project's support campaign.

Bookings and payments

• Bookings are confirmed only after our acceptance and any applicable payment.
• Online payments are securely processed through PayPal.
• On-board capacity is dynamic and never exceeds 10 people in total, including crew.

Weather and safety

Safety always takes priority over the programme. If sea and weather conditions do not allow safe sailing, the outing may be rescheduled at no extra cost or fully refunded. The decision rests with the skipper.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of booking. If we cancel for safety reasons, the guest may choose between a new date or a full refund.

Liability

Guests must follow the crew's instructions. We are not liable for damages arising from improper use of the services or failure to comply with safety instructions.

Project support

Contributions made to support the project and any rewards are governed by the conditions stated on the dedicated page at the time of participation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship is governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Cyclades (Greece).
